Have you noticed how society today is focused on “new creations”?  Everywhere we look - on TV, in magazines, even in the advertisements we see on billboards, we are constantly reminded of ways that we can “remake ourselves”.  Extreme Makeover has launched two TV shows doing just that - taking seemingly normal people and making over their lives in an EXTREME way - allowing them to start a new life in a new home, or to change the way that they look. But all those years ago, Paul told us about our own extreme makeover through Jesus Christ - our opportunity to become a new creation!  How incredible an offer has He provided us?

Join us November 14-16, 2008, at the Mount Sequoyah Conference and Retreat Center in beautiful Fayetteville, Arkansas as we learn about how we can experience our own “Extreme Makeover - God Edition”!!  Keynote speaker and nationally recognized author Brennan Manning will discuss healing our images of God and ourselves to better know Christ in our lives. Musical guest Celia Whitler will touch your heart with her heartfelt songs and music.  Breakout sessions will cover topics relevant to today’s single Christian adults.  Social activities, coffee houses, dances, bonfires, the opportunity to create new friendships and experience the “peace of the mountain” at Mount Sequoyah will all be part of this special weekend.
